Where We Ship

• We currently only ship within South Africa. Orders placed for delivery outside South Africa cannot be processed.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, high order volumes, or courier issues may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

• An incorrect address
• No one being available to accept the delivery

You may need to arrange for redelivery at an additional cost.
